About Us
We blend Swiss precision with the warmth and soul of Indonesia
Our promise: transparent pricing, personally vetted partners, and travel experiences designed entirely around you. No empty promises. Just real, meaningful journeys.
Diana Agustina
Co-founder, Indonesian Expertise
Born and raised in Indonesia, Diana brings over a decade of hands-on experience in luxury hospitality across Jakarta, Bali, and Lombok. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and French, she has developed an intuitive ability to anticipate the needs of discerning travelers.
Her local network opens doors to places and experiences that are rarely found on booking platforms. Calm, committed, and detail-driven, she ensures every aspect of your journey is handled with warmth and precision.
Sylvain Poublanc
Co-founder, Swiss Precision
With over 20 years in Swiss private banking and independent wealth management, Sylvain has spent his career advising demanding international clients. That experience shapes how S&D Escapes works: the client signs a clear mandate, pays each provider directly, and we are paid only a transparent advisory fee. The same structure he used for private banking clients, applied here to travel.
Passionate about history, geography, and meaningful travel, he believes the best experiences go beyond surface luxury to offer genuine depth and lasting memories.
OUR VISION
What we believe
Travel should be simple, honest, and personal. In a world of hidden fees, misleading offers, and impersonal platforms, we believe there is a better way.
Full transparency. No commissions disguised as advice. Every journey crafted from scratch to match your rhythm, your wishes, and your personality.
OUR MISSION
What we do for you
We design bespoke journeys through Indonesia that are genuine, inspiring, and entirely yours.
We stay by your side before, during, and after your trip. You receive direct, human support at every step. Because you deserve real care, not just a booking confirmation.
Our Values
Deep Local Knowledge
Our recommendations come from real experience and trusted contacts across Indonesia. We know the places, the people, and the details that make a journey exceptional.
Personalized Care
You are supported before, during and after your trip. While you travel, you have 24/7 access to Diana and Sylvain for anything urgent, as set out in your Service Agreement.
Comfort with Elegance
We select accommodations and experiences that combine style and calm. Luxury should feel effortless.
